Hi Robyn, I'm a new agent for Interide Logistics, so I joined an Aljex training session online with Michelle yesterday. Lucky for me, I was the only one in the session, so I received a lot of one-on-one instruction. I was quite impressed with Michelle's ability to cover information quickly and effectively without leaving me behind, yet keeping my interest at a peak. There's some things I thought I already knew, but she went over them in such a way that I didn't mind seeing them again, and I learned a few new tricks along the way, too. Michelle had a great way of making me feel competent, while maintaining a good sense of if I was grasping what she was showing me. She took time to answer all of my questions, without becoming too distracted, which I appreciated, and even followed up with an e-mail detailing answers to a few extra questions I had.

We covered our first 3 loads today with minimal effort on the carrier side!!

The first instance a Trusted Carrier booked the load from our website. (Aljex, is there a way to have the system email the carrier rep when a carrier does this?)

The 2nd 2 instances a carrier saw 2 loads on our website approx 30 minutes after I put them in the system, called in and said they'd take them. These were Pam's loads and she was at lunch. So, she got 2 loads while at lunch, and covered 2 loads while at lunch! A thing of freakin' beauty!!

Moral of the story... IT WORKS! Thanks team for building the data, and ALJEX for providing the system!

Aljex has made our office much more efficient. We handled 1600 truckloads last month with 4 dispatchers and one accounting person. I was visiting a new client last week, and ever since then, I can't get out of my mind how amazing it was. Here is what happened:

The new client is CL Services in Atlanta, GA. They have about 25 people in their very successful brokerage operation. They had gone "live" three weeks prior to my visit. When I walked into the office, Linda the office manager announced to the rest of the office that Tom from Aljex was there, everyone spontaneously started applauding, and then most got up and gave a standing ovation. It was one of the best moments of my professional life, and I thank everyone at CL for that.

Now I'd like to take all the credit, but in reality, that standing O was really for the whole Aljex team, not me. I wish all of the Aljex team members could have been there to feel the appreciation that these people felt for the job that they did.

The amazing part was that it was THREE WEEKS after CL had started, and they were already comfortable, happy and amazed at how much easier their jobs had become, and that their load count had already increased.
